This is the remarkable Richard Bennett. He will be our guide in Session 1 of the workshop on AI/ML/RPA in Finance.
I guess I have known him now heading for 20+ years. We have designed and delivered so many experiences over that time I have lost count. He is really, really, clever and he has a real gift for simplifying the complex. He is a brilliant mentor, gives his time as a tutor and is just so much fun to work with.

Richard is a senior leader, with years of experience in technology and customer experience. Prior to joining VMware, he was the EMEA CTO at Avaya and previously led customer-facing consultancy teams with global technology companies such as;
VMware Advisory Services, Cisco, Accenture, Nortel & Cabletron and for 12 years Special Advisor to the Customer Experience Foundation and studied with me for 5 years to Doctorate level in Experience Science and Design before he started teaching me.
